The most significant step when preparing for the development of a new project is to create a “blueprint” – a comprehensive plan that identifies each and every detail of the project. BizArchitecture is a required component of every Biznet-developed project and includes the following deliverables:
These documents identify all of the tasks to be completed and all functional and technical requirements.
The Project Scope of Work is a written document including a flow chart of the website, a description of each website page and its contents, a description of all advanced application functionality and more. It includes a fixed cost quotation for Biznet to complete development of the project. The project plan provides milestones and a timeline for meetings, asset collection, approvals, and production. The Functional Template consists of “wire-frame” diagrams of each page of the website, including each phase of a page containing advanced functionality. The Technical Specification details all technical requirements for hosting and managing the application. Together these documents complete the BizArchitecture offering.
